Simply put, InnSaei (pronounced 'in-sy-eh') is the Icelandic word for intuition. It means the sea within (the flow of our unconscious mind), to see within (how we introspect), and to see from the inside out (how we navigate the world). InnSæi exists within all of us.
We live in a world dominated by an overload of information, workplace burnout, big changes and the continuing effects of climate change. It's easy to feel lost, disconnected or without a purpose.
